GDMpro was founded 2004 in Oakland Ca. by Peter Blaha.
Peter learned desktop publishing at the IHK (Public University) in Augsburg, Germany in 1999. From 2000 to 2010 he worked as a QA engineer on Flash for Macromedia and Adobe in San Francisco. This gave him the great opportunity to expand his knowledge about many Macromedia and Adobe applications. During this time, he also discovered his great passion for shooting and editing digital video and he started to use the products and technology in his spare time to produce live concert videos.

In 2004 he upgraded his equipment to HD format. Around this time, he also had the chance to work as camera man for the Hayward public TV station and other local cable TV stations. He also worked with many other video production companies, which gave him the opportunity to learn more about lighting, sound and other important video production work flows. In the following years he created a small network of professional freelancers in the multimedia field, so if there is something he can't do, there will be somebody in his network with the right know-how. Since we are all self-employed, the cost for our productions is much lower than with large companies, who have to pay for full time employees.

Peter's philosophy is to offer his customer a high quality service at a reasonable price. He also likes to treat his customers as friends, which he hopes will be returning again and again.
